IPL 2021: KKR Two Players Corona Test Positive
The Indian Premier League is known worldwide as the IPL. People in India and around the world spend a lot of time watching it. Indians consider this league as a festival. This is bad news for the Indian people and for people around the world.
The thirtieth match of the Indian Premier League was to be played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Bangalore. DC has decided to stop because two players of Kolkata Knight Riders have come out corona positive.
All the other Kolkata Knight Riders players have come to the U-Corona Test but the players will have to be isolated. DC has decided to stop the IPL. They will tell soon when the IPL will start again.
The other bad news is that three players from Chennai Super King's camp have been selected for the Chennai Super King team. The test came positive. The rest of the Chennai Super Kings players have been tested by Corona negative.
The BCCI has no plans to change the schedule. He says the IPL schedule will not change. The next match between Mumbai
Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad will be on schedule. The Kolkata Knight Riders will not be able to play six matches.
The Kolkata Knight Riders will have to undergo three Corona Tests. If three Corona Tests are negative then they will play the match.
The BCCI has said that the schedule will be just two matches between Kolkata Knight Riders and Bangalore and the second match which Kolkata Knight Riders was to play against Delhi Capitals on May 8 has been scheduled.
The BCCI has said that the matches that will be rescheduled will be played on the same day as the second match of the Kolkata Knight Riders.
In addition, the Kolkata Knight Riders will play two matches between May 16 and May 23. In the meantime, the Kolkata Knight Riders can play their own scheduled matches.
